At this point Guan Ho Ha is in the lead. Iroquois is hot on our heels, and Clifton Park is in 3rd place. The game is far from over, and we could use your help to make sure the trophy stays at Guan Ho Ha. Get out there and shoot a few arrows for us. You will definitely have a good time. Field League The Field Archery league is running every Monday. This league will really hone your shooting skills with 56 shots at distances from 15 feet, to 80 yards. Contact Dave Townsend (370-1898) for information. . Summer 3D Tournament We're hosting 2 shoots this year. Our first shoot will be on June 29. This will be a 30 target trophy shoot. We'll be running the kitchen for breakfast sandwiches and burgers and dogs for lunch. Come on out and have a great shoot and great day at the club. Our Annual 3D and Chicken Barbecue will be on August 10. This will be a 40 target shoot. We'll be using ranges on all parts of the club property, so get out there and see parts of Guan Ho Ha you haven't seen before. Our chicken barbecue is the best around. If you're not a shooter, just stop up for the barbecue. We'll be doing take outs if you want to bring one home. . Check out our new shooting platform!!When you start practicing for deer season this year, youll have a great way to work on your tree stand shot. Mike Petrillose had a great suggestion, and look what happened. Our new shooting platform has 2 levels to shoot from, 8 and 16 ft. There is still a little clean up and grading to do, but the platform is ready to use. You wont have to guess how to compensate for being up in the air this year.
