NRA Hunter Rights Information By Mike Frisone

The National Rifle Association has again proven itself a friend of firearm owners and hunters. Please visit their NRA Hunters Rights website located at http://www.nrahuntersrights.org for a wealth of information. Of interest to those who do not believe we are in a cultural war with people who profess to Walt Disney cartoon wildlife biology, please visit the section entitled “Eye on the Antis”. There you will see first hand how bizarre the enemies of hunting think. Thanks again to the NRA for protecting firearm ownership and hunting. Please contact Mike Frisone, our Club NRA Recruiter at 399-9719 or see him at membership meetings. By joining or renewing through our Club NRA Recruiter, the NRA pays our Club back for this service. If you have any questions or problems regarding your NRA membership, please contact Mike for assistance. .

Deer Contest Results

Guan-Ho-Ha members had a great season this year. Congratulations to everyone weather you got a monster buck or filled a doe tag. We are awarding First and Second place in both Archery, and Gun categories.

Awards This Year: In addition to the usual cash awards the 1st place winners in both the Gun and Archery competitions have the opportunity to have their trophy mounted by Rit Cimmino for 1/2 price. Rit has continued his generous support of our contest by mounting the winner of the gun competition for 1/2 price, and the Archery committee is picking up half the tab for the Archery division. Congratulations to everybody that entered a deer and a big thank you to Rit for his generous support.

JOIN THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION

Membership in the National Rifle Association has never been better. The Liberty membership is only ten dollars a year. As a Liberty level member you enjoy all the benefits except you do not receive any NRA magazines. For less than a dollar a month you will join ranks with others who cherish and believe in defending their Second Amendment rights under the Constitution. Just remember that our rights are under assault everyday by misguided politicians and entertainers who command prime media coverage. No other organization like the NRA defends our rights and exposes the anti-gun advocates. Please contact Mike Frisone, our Club NRA Recruiter at 399-9710 or see him at membership meetings. By joining or renewing through our Club NRA Recruiter, the NRA pays our Club back for this service. If you have any questions or problems regarding your NRA membership, please contact Mike for assistance. It’s up to you to join with the NRA to protect our rights and privileges. We must do this for future generations. Our opposition uses misguided facts, emotions based on fantasy, slanderous remarks and false information to harm firearm owners. We must never forget that they have nothing to lose, only we do. All the members of the NRA speak with one voice in defense of our rights. When you join, that voice becomes louder! .

Recycle Your Hunting and Firearm Magazines

When you are through reading your hunting and firearm magazines, please recycle those magazines. Before recycling them, remove your name and address label along with any articles you find important. Keep a supply of those recycled magazines in your vehicle and gym bag. When you’re waiting to get your vehicle serviced; waiting for the doctor or dentist; or exercising at the gym leave the recycled hunting and fishing magazine behind. Some will take interest and read them, maybe even take them home. The anti-hunter and anti-gun types afraid of the truth will surely trash the magazine. No problem, you can always return with more recycled magazines! Help spread the truth and facts about hunting and firearms. If anyone confronts you in a negative manner, ask them to read the First Amendment of the Constitution and then tell them to have a great day in the United States of America! .
