![]() ![]() Bear Chops & Dressing6 center-cut bear chops well trimmed of fatSeasoning salt & pepper to taste 1 tablespoon cooking oil 4½ cups Koplinger’s seasoned crouton stuffing mix 1 stick butter 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can warm water Brown chops in 1 tablespoon of oil. Place chops in a baking dish. Saute onions and celery in butter until almost cooked. Add poultry seasoning, soup and water. Mix lightly, shape dressing on top of chops. Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour. |
