Cranberried Walleye

Walleye fillets
5 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup medium-sharp cheddar cheese
Fry walleye fillets in butter with light seasonings of your choice. To prepare sauce, melt butter in frying pan over low heat. Mix flour with cranberry juice until smooth and add to pan. Stir over low heat until sauce is like a thin gravy. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour sauce over fillets and serve.
