Fish Florentine

1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean fish filets
Double recipe of creamed spinach
Parmesan Cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Paprika
Melted Butter

Butter a casserole which can go to the table. Spoon in the spinach, place the filets liberally with melted butter, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and return to oven until fish flakes easily, probably another 5 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
