MARINADE:
3 1/2 cups cold water
3 tablespoons Morton®TenderQuick® mix
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 lbs. boneless skinless wild turkey breast,
cut into 4 x 1 x 1/4-inch strips
1 1/2 to 3 cups apple wood chips
11 servings (40 to 50 slices)
