(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 cup margarine or butter softened 2 cups all-purpose flour FILLING: 3 1/2 cups cubed cooked wild turkey or substitute (about 1 lb.), 1/4 inch cubes 1/3 cup shredded pasteurized process cheese loaf 1/3 cup thinly sliced celery 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tablespoons sliced green onion 2 tablespoons sour cream 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 16 servings Heat oven to 400º In medium mixing bowl, cut cream cheese and margarine into flour until soft dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 1 hour. Shape dough into 48 balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Press each ball into bottom and up sides of un¬greased 1 3/4 inch muffin cups. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. In large mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Spoon about 1 tablespoon turkey mixture into each pastry shell.
