Turkey Patties

Serves: 4

2 cups turkey, cubed
4 tablespoons butter
2 green onions
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 Chicken bouillon cube
2 Cups milk
1 Tablespoon worcesterhire sauce
6 Large patty shells
2 Teaspoon parsley, chopped

Melt butter and sautee green onions. Blend in cornstarch. Remove front heat and cool slightly. Add salt, pepper and dry mustard. Dissolve bouillon cube in milk, and slowly add to pepper mixture. Add worcesterhire sauce, turkey and parsley, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Cook another minute, stirring steadily so mixture doesn't stick. Spoon mixture into the patty shells, or use as a filling for crepes.
