![]() ![]() Venison Steak-Burger2 pounds ground venison1 medium onion, diced 1 stalk celery, diced 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 egg 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 2 slices of bacon per patty Cheese slices (Swiss works well) Mix ground meat with onion, celery, garlic powder and egg. Shape patties and broil about 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn over, apply bacon and return to heat for 5 more minutes. In a skillet, sauté mushrooms in butter with garlic powder. When patties are done apply a slice of cheese to each and cover with sautéed mushrooms |
